Shipping


All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of you placing the order. Shipping requires 2-5 business days.

Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as COVID, Earthquake, floods or typhoons.

If you have entered the wrong address please email us ASAP at highjostore@gmail.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue, if days have elapsed since you placed your order it's more than likely that we are unable to change the address for you if it has already been processed. HighJo is not responsible for packages that are not delivered when you have entered the incorrect address. If you have entered the wrong address, we recommend contacting your local post office before the item is delivered. They can either hold your package for you, or forward the package to the correct address. Please be attentive when checking out and make sure your address is correct!

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with your postal service. HighJo does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.
